Lingerfelt Project

Our crew constructed a great deck on the back of a house, located in the Raintree neighborhood. Trex Select composite boards, in Saddle color, were used for decking material, and Trex's Transcend series railing kits were used for the deck rails. A custom built bar top and low profile access door were included in this construction.

Elias Project

We stripped off the old decking from the existing deck, and expanded the overall size of the deck, considerably, including the steps. Constructed the addition to the deck to allow room for future plans to hardscape under and around new deck area.

Lingerfelt Deck #2

Removed the brick steps used to access front entry door, and constructed this great deck. Trex Enhance in Beach Dune was used for the decking and fascia, and Trex's composite railing kit was used for the deck railing. House painting performed by another contractor.
